M&M Supply was founded by Alex and Kyle, two recruitment professionals with a shared passion for education and a belief that every child deserves the right support to thrive.
With years of experience in education recruitment, we saw first-hand the challenges schools and specialist settings face in finding the right people – and the impact that unmatched placements can have on children and staff.
We created M&M Supply to do things differently. We specialise in Education and Residential Services, recruiting across SEND, SEMH, Outreach Support, Alternative Provision & PRUs, Children's Services, Adult Services, Behaviour Support and Safeguarding & Compliance. We work in partnership with organisations that value quality, safety and positive outcomes.

Alex Moore
Director & Co-founder
With nine years of recruitment experience, I founded M&M Supply to redefine how schools connect with top-tier talent. My mission is to create meaningful career opportunities that enhance the educational experience for students.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and indulging in my favourite sports—cricket and golf.
Kyle Mullins
Director & Co-founder
With 10 years of recruitment experience, we founded M&M Supply because we believe consistent recruitment changes lives. We specialise in connecting exceptional professionals with schools, residential homes and adult care providers, building partnerships that put quality, consistency and people first.
As a parent, I understand the trust organisations place in those who support children and vulnerable adults. That's why every placement is made with care, integrity and a commitment to finding professionals who not only have the right skills, but also the values to make a lasting difference.
